Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out fees of $25 apply. 

Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A $100 security deposit will be held from the guest’s CC upon check in for incidentals.

Cancellation / Modification Policy
Cancellations and changes policies depend on the hotel rate. Please check our rate policy for more information.

We offer parking at $10/per day.

Early Departure Policy
Early departures will be charged $50. 

Pet Policy
We are not able to accommodate pets. 

Concierge Hours
Our lobby is open 24/7. 

Occupancy and Local Tax
Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.195% is charged on the room rate only.

Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation and credit card provided at check-in. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.

Occupancy Policy
Our King Rooms can accommodate up to two people and the Double Rooms can accommodate a maximum of four.

We are 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.

Open flamed candles are not allowed. Please do not light a candle in your guest room. If lit, you will be liable for the entire amount of damage.

Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
