From our nearby metro station, it takes 17 minutes to get to Downtown Los Angeles on the Metro. Trains run every 20 minutes, and it’s easy to avoid traffic and explore downtown easily and on a budget from our Motel.

Take the nearby red line to the Hollywood Highland stop and walk just a mile to the Hollywood Bowl. This is a cheap and eco-friendly way to get to the iconic venue. It will take you just 24 minutes to get there.

Take the Metro Red Line to the Hollywood-Highland stop in a 4-minute subway ride. The Metro Rail Station is under the Ovation mall, so make your way up to get the best shopping, dining, and nightlife options. You can also get a great view of the Hollywood sign from the Ovation.

Getting to the Capital Records building is a snap. With its distinctive round shape, it’s a true LA landmark. Hop on the Metro Rail at Hollywood/ Western / Hollywood and get off at the next stop—Hollywood/Vine station. Then just walk 5 minutes to reach the building.
